According to the designer of the Petite Friture’s Vertigo Small 110 pendant light, Constance Guisset, the large, floating shade of the Vertigo creates its own intimate area, a den.

The Vertigo Small 110 pendant lamp by is constructed from Combining iron, ultra-light fibreglass and polyurethane fibre, this suspension is an outcome of outstanding work on form, volume, material. Vertigo glorifies the light and throws beautiful shading patterns on surrounding walls when turned on. The lamp brings elegance to any room, while at the same time, creating a soft and intimate atmosphere. Petite Friture’s Vertigo lamp is also available in a larger version.

The curved shade and unique play of light and shadow allows Petite Friture’s Vertigo lamp to enrich any interior.

The Vertigo is also available in the updated Nova version with an integrated LED module.

Constance Guisset

Konstance Giset, dzimusi 1976. gadā, ir Parīzē dzīvojoša franču dizainere ar ievērojamu ceļojumu. Pēc ekonomikas studijām un darba Tokijas parlamentā viņa pievērsās dizainam, 2007. gadā absolvējot ENSCI - Les Ateliers un atverot savu studiju. Pazīstama ar saviem poētiskajiem, funkcionālajiem darbiem, viņa ir ieguvusi tādus apbalvojumus kā Grand Prix du Design de Paris (2008) un Gada dizainere Maison et Objet (2010). Gisset sadarbojas ar tādiem zīmoliem kā Petite Friture un Molteni produktu dizaina jomā un īsteno savu redzējumu scenogrāfijā Galeries Lafayette un Angelin Preljocaj. Viņas darbos bieži vien apvieno vieglumu, kustību un stāstniecību dažādās disciplīnās.

Sadly I didn't receive one of the details in my purchase box - the black cone that attaches the wires at the top. That's why I couldn't even attach the lamp properly. Also one of the black strings is taller than the others, so the lamp doesn't look evenly symmetric. Somehow I managed with black tape but the lamp construction seems quite unsafe and unstable. Sad to say, but I'm disappointed and cannot recommend this to others. Even worse is the fact that I payed more than 600 euros for this.
