Mammalampa's The Wise One has been born from passion for beauty of extremely natural materials. The Wise One lamp is made from wood with the power of the moment when her wood was felled. In this Mammalampa’s uncommon contemporary design lamp meets natural freshness and aesthetic intelligence. The lampshade is entirely handmade; each wooden log has been selected for its individuality, thus preserving the individual character of each tree.

Thin ash wood creates a gamma of colors from sunlight shining through. Each lampshade is hand made by Mammalampa exclusively with natural materials, each one is slightly unique.

The wooden Wise One lamp will organically blend into a rustic environment as country house lighting as well as providing the essence of nature within city apartments as eco conscious contemporary lighting.

Mammalampa lighting - return to the genuine, untouched design Mammalampa is a bespoke design lighting brand based out of Latvia. The company's name is "mammalampa" and it fully expresses the products and the people behind the brand, who create these products. This capacious name includes their value system. "Mamma" (mom) is at the core of their philosophy - back to the roots, the real, non-produced, and the fact that feminine approach dominates in the lamp design. "mammalampa" lamps are created from natural materials and with minimal technological means, primarily through manual labour, primitive material processing or even untreated materials. They strive for to go back to the genuine. "mammalampa" is focused on the "hunger" for the fair and primeval. “mammalampa” imagines materials in an unexpected light, creating its own distinctive signature and values.
