Divina is the brainchild of Michaela Tomišková and Jakub Janďourek from DECHEM Studio. Serving as the younger siblings to the renowned Phenomena Collection, Divina lights draw their name from the Greek word for "appearance". The original Phenomena Collection was designed by DECHEM Studio in 2016, inspired by Plato’s teachings about the world of divine geometric shapes. Continuing this philosophical journey, the new Divina collection shifts its focus onto colors, adding a unique chromatic element to its divine geometry.

DECHEM studio
DECHEM Studio, founded in Prague in 2012 by Michaela Tomiskova and Jakub Jandourek, is celebrated for its modern approach to glass design. The pair first connected at the Novy Bor School of Glass, united by their shared passion for one of humanity’s oldest materials. Michaela pursued further studies in product design at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (AAAD) and gained experience with leading design studios, while Jakub deepened his expertise in the lighting industry, specializing in glass craftsmanship, technology, and manufacturing. Since founding DECHEM Studio, they have dedicated their work to product design, with a particular focus on glass. Their creations blend traditional glass-making techniques with contemporary design aesthetics, producing pieces that emphasize craftsmanship, materiality, and innovation. DECHEM Studio’s work is recognized for its elegance, combining the timeless appeal of glass with refined, modern forms.
