Forestier was founded in 1992, but this French company experienced a remarkable revival in 2012 under the supervision of Jean Dominique Leze. He gave Forestier a new lease of life with an innovative catalogue of decorative lights - a conversion to bold design, especially in a time of crisis, meant a challenge overcome with mastery!
Arik Levy, Sebastien Bergne, Noé Duchaufour Lawrance, Laurence Brabant, Emmanuel Gallina - these were the up-and-coming and well-known talents who were entrusted with the mission to create functional lights with true personality for Forestier but always at an affordable price.

Bring the Stars Down to Earth with the Gravity Origin Pendant Light from Forestier
Taking inspiration from traditional Asian arts and culture, the Ukrainian designer Kateryna Sokolova created the geometric and seemingly weightless Forestier Gravity Origin Pendant Light. Its painted iron metal framework involves a series of stacked discs that gradually change in shape to create a layered shade around its central lamping. An LED light source beams down from a slender socket, casting its light downward over and throughout the frame. A solid cone rests at the center of the piece, funneling light and adding striking visual depth.
