Please note that these timelines are provided by our suppliers and are only estimates. While we always aim to meet them, Luminesy cannot be held responsible for delays or any costs that may result from such delays.

When you receive your order, please check it immediately for any damage and report it back to us within 48 hours, so in the unlikely case it has been damaged during shipping, we can claim compensation and send you a replacement.

For some particularly large or bulky items that exceed regular shipping size limits, the precise shipping cost can be harder to estimate in advance. These orders are shipped with a special carrier, depending on the destination.
