Arik Levy
Arik Levy ist ein vielseitiger israelischer Künstler und Designer, dessen Werk Skulptur, Industriedesign, Fotografie und Videokunst umfasst. Geboren 1963 in Tel Aviv, schloss er 1991 mit Auszeichnung sein Studium im Bereich Industriedesign am Art Center Europe in der Schweiz ab. Levys Kreationen werden in renommierten Galerien und Museen weltweit ausgestellt, wobei seine charakteristischen „Rock“-Skulpturen besonders bekannt sind. Sein vielfältiges Portfolio umfasst High-Tech-Produkte, Tischgeschirr, Möbel und Lichtdesign. Levy hat mit zahlreichen angesehenen Marken zusammengearbeitet, darunter Vitra, Samsung, Baccarat, Hennessy, Vibia Lighting, Bernhardt Design, COMPAC, Inbani, Molteni & C., Kaldewei, EMU, Desalto, Swarovski, Viccarbe und Issey Miyake Parfums.
Derzeit mit Sitz in Paris trägt er weiterhin maßgeblich zur zeitgenössischen Kunst und zum Design bei.
